What are the actual sizes of your shirts?

We use a variety of shirts from different manufacturers, so the fit of each shirt will vary by style. Ladies' tees, in particular, are wildly variable depending on the cut of the shirt. If you have questions about a specific shirt, please email us, and we'd be happy to give you details. The sizing for a standard unisex tee is below.

Does the product display online match the actual product?

Some colors on your computer screen may not exactly match the actual print on the shirt.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What countries do you ship to? 

At this time, we do not ship outside the United Kingdom.

Do you ship to PO box or Army Post addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box or Army Post addresses.

What delivery options are available?

We have several delivery options available for UK orders. Please visit our dedicated delivery page for more information here.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK delivery times may vary depending on which delivery option is chosen at checkout. Please visit our dedicated delivery page for more information here.

International delivery time is 7-10 working days. 

Where is my parcel?

If you have not received your parcel within the estimated time frame, please email westendshop@creativegoods.nyc.

What about international duties and taxes?

Please note, that duties and taxes may apply to any orders outside of the EU.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Creative Goods Merchandise does not offer refunds. If you ship the product back requesting a refund, We will not issue the refund, and you will forfeit the merchandise. 

How do I request an exchange?

We will only accept exchanges for a different size of the same product. Please email us at westendshop@creativegoods.nyc to request an exchange and reference your order number.

How long does an exchange take?

Exchange time will be dependent on the country you are sending it from. For the UK we estimate one week.

What do I do if my product is faulty?

If your product is faulty, please email us photos of the defective product to request a replacement. 

Can I exchange my online order at a theatre?

All online orders will need to be sent back to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot process online returns at the theatre. 

ORDERS & BILLING

Can I order over the phone?

No, all orders must be processed via our website. 

Can I add an item to my order later?

Unfortunately, you cannot add items to your order once you have checked out. 

Can I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please email us at westendshop@creativegoods.nyc as soon as possible. Please note we cannot cancel your order if it has already shipped. 

Do you sell gift vouchers?

At this time, we do not sell gift vouchers.

Can I purchase merchandise at a theatre without a ticket?

No. The theatre will not permit you to enter the building with a ticket to the performance to purchase merchandise. 

What if my credit card declines?

If your credit card declines, your order will not be accepted. Please try again using a different payment method (another credit card or PayPal).
